With over 20+ years Culinary experience Chef Andrew Stone has extensive food and service knowledge. Course was formed in 2013 as a platform for passionate chefs to provide unique dining experiences for visitors to the Hawaiian Islands.   Our team consists of top chefs and industry professionals.

Andrew calls his cuisine Global with an Asian influence. He enjoys using exotic ethnic ingredients and cooking styles from around the globe.  Andrew’s cuisine is fresh, seasonal, locally sourced, and contemporary. “Bold, clean natural flavors I grew up eating!”

When the chef’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking at home, doing beach activities, hiking, running, traveling, and wine.
